[@types/chart.js] Missing Chart.defaults.global.defaultColor

Property Chart.defaults.global.defaultColor is missing.

• I tried using the @types/chart.js package and had problems.
• I tried using the latest stable version of tsc. https://www.npmjs.com/package/typescript
