Fix syntax errors in ember, leaflet, and threejs. #846

I looked at the remaining syntax errors (in extjs, intl, sammyjs, and sencha_touch), but it wasn't clear to me how to fix these.

This type of problem (modules no longer define types) can now be fixed
with the new 0.9.1 type query syntax (e.g. "typeof <identifier>").

extjs and sencha were auto-generated I think, so may be it needs to be done again.
