Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We maintain a UgridReader and UgridWriter in hydrolib-core. It works pretty ok, but we also maintain xugrid.

Describe the solution you'd like
Consider replacing UgridReader and UgridWriter with xugrid, probably requires some additions to xugrid. xugrid would have to be added as dependency.
