Turn table of contents into hierarchical tags.

Hi,
I've been wishing that something like this add-on of yours existed for a while, and now I'm excited that it was developed.
I wonder if you could add a new feature to make it possible to turn the table of contents into tags as well.

Unfortunately, I have little time after work to work on the addon, but when I have time and energy, I will add this functionality first.
