Update filter lists (v8.0.0)

Description:

I've split the 2022 filter list into two separate files, 2022 and 2021 as the older filters were from before the yearly filter lists change (#53).

Type of change:

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Filter-list change
