Connect the soundboard project to the chatbot project

It would be fun to somehow have the soundboard wired up to the chatbot. That would keep alive both projects and provide even more varied opportunities for participation. Obviously there would have to be restrictions so viewers won't be able to flood the audio of the stream with soundeffects. The soundboard could be responsible for playing jingles for when people cheer? Or perhaps announce when a chatbot game is started with a sound.
