For versions 23.2+ wrappers were moved to the devextreme monorepo where the generated code is stored. Devextreme-vue is the only repo on 23.1 where we managed to store generated code. But we still re-generating code during npm publishing task. So we decided to revert these changes to not mislead anyone.
