Fixed a fatal error that occured because of a typo

All messages are now configurable.

Added default permission for /playtime - "spigotplaytime.command.playtime"
IMPORTANT -> Don't forget to give this permission to your default group

The new PlaceholderAPI identifier is now: "spigotplaytime"

Still supporting the old VaroxCraft configurations:
Identifier: "varoxtime" -> For the PlaceholderAPI
Permission: "varoxtime.playtime.other" - /playtime
