[Feature request] Filesize conversions

I'd love to see a simple filesize conversion utility — I found myself having to leave DevUtils to convert a "Exceeded maximum allowed memory of X bytes" error into something more human-readable (e.g. 134.2MB).

I've only been using DevUtils for a week, but I'm really enjoying it so far, so thank you!
