Release repository for the SCTP companion android application

1. Download apppropriate version of the application

• The application file starting with app-sctp- is connected to the live server
• The application file starting with app-sctp-dev- is connected to the test server

2. For subsequent updates, the application has a self update feature located under "Administration" section.
