Deleted a couple of cells
Changed "velCheckMain" title output to include domain name since, by that point, you've probably forgotten which domain you're reviewing.
Made a wrapper fucntion, show_results, for the boundary conditions section (1C) which calls "plot_descriptive_stats", "plot_extreme_edges", "plotBCs", and "velCheckMain". This provides a more elegant solution than what we have currently and adhears to our notebook standards.
Moved show_results into qaqc.py tidied up input options.
Organized qaqc.py into processing and plotting functions.
Removed extraneous cells.
Brought code from QAQC-WSELTest notebook into QAQC-Pluvial Test
Brought changes into Fluvial Test from Pluvial.
