added fromdict/ asdict methods, added tests to verify these correctlyserialise objects.
Additionally, I have changed how naz_constraint and det_constraint are handled in hkl/calc.py, _calc_hkl_to_position method, so that if 'naz' constraint is in det_constraint, det_constraint excludes naz_constraint.
