Illegal numeric value if pv is not installed #88

Flashing /tmp/hypriotos-rpi64-v20180429-184538.img to /dev/rdisk5 ...
No 'pv' command found, so no progress available.
Press CTRL+T if you want to see the current info of dd command.
dd: bs: illegal numeric value

After installing pv it works (brew install pv). macOS 10.12.

This was an issue with the flash flash tool, and has since been fixed: hypriot/flash#120

Not related to this repo and fixed in flash tool.
