LRR Version and OS
0.9.10 nightly on windows

Bug Details
When making changes to archives (specifically changing the first image of the archive - such as adding another file before the original first image, like 00.jpg ahead of 01.jpg), the updated archives will sometimes be duplicated with a different ID. Both will still be readable and accessible, but the new one doesn't have any metadata attached.
