Related to DigitalCampus/oppia-mobile-android#524 , there is the need to implement a view in the server that lets you open the app from the browser. It just needs to use the digest parameter provided to create the custom intent to launch the app (as described in https://developer.chrome.com/multidevice/android/intents)
