Seamless Application Commands

DiscordBM could have something for Application Commands where the library automatically generates the interaction-parsing-code for the Payloads.ApplicationCommandCreate payloads, so user's don't need to manually parse Discord's interactions.

This will probably need some code generation. We code also do something in style of swift-argument-parser.

NOTE
DiscordBM already fully supports Application (including Slash) Commands and other interactions.
