[Localization] Russian localization overhaul

• Made localization from scratch.
• Fixed bunch of mistakes and issues (seriously, they could at least try to pretend that they weren't using machine translation).
• Made some workaround with 'style..description'. The max amout of characters there are about 47 if we take RU as example. You can clearly see that below:

Do you (@BattlefieldDuck) have any plans on localizing https://discordgsm.com/? I might make a Russian localization for it if you plan to do so.

Also, I don't know should I have to delete the previous contributor from README.md or not due to obvious machine-localization usage, mistakes and issues. Don't know your contribution policy.

Okay, if there will be some updates to this don't mind to ping me. Or if there will be some new strings for the GSM itself (I will also try to keep the localization up-to-date, but can miss some updates :D).
