For players using iOS,firstly you should download these files and write the songlist yourself.Next, you should use a tool to pack the ipa.Then you should use another tool to install the app and you should use your Apple ID to sign for it.Finally you can enjoy your game.But before all,you should have a decoded Arcaea ipa.

For players using Android,you can just download the apk,that's all you should do.If you don't know how to modify the apk,then don't do that.
