Refactor code and add better command line support

• Remove fastapi main.py file, because it's not being used in project anymore
• support for command line to call script.py with parameters
• Reintroduce option for sending emails by adding option in command line.
• Small changes in README.md

Make website more resposive and take less space on repo

• reduce space taken by github pages website and simplify its generation proccess
• unify date column data format
• Display data in somewhat sorted order

• division of data to be displayed in two tables
