• Update the getting started text
• Replace temporary file hosting with resurgence servers
• Update background image, fog has a new version
• Add higher launch delay options. Counters issues where people still see Loading MPQ or crash when clicking join to see the games in lobby. Occurs on slower hardware.

• Update app icon, its a orangeified copy of slash still
• Better handling for changing bh versions. Warn the user about the "prevent override" flag, or perform the actions for them.
