Slider not being auto-initalized

Expected Behavior

The slider functionality should be auto-initialized just like the other components.

Current Behavior

The slider does not auto-initialize, but functions correctly when being manually initialized.

Steps to Reproduce

Example here: https://jsfiddle.net/t2jf0ew6/

1. Run the code as is (with the manual initialization commented) and all that will be displayed is a grey box.
2. Uncomment the manual initialization and the slider will work correctly.

• Version used: 1.0.0
• Browser Name and version: Ubuntu Firefox 65.0
• Operating System and version: Ubuntu 16.04
