Checkbox freezing in React on assign 'checked'

I try the change state check, but the component can't toogle because this freezing.

Expected Behavior When you change the status of the component's checkbox after assigning, the status of the checkbox will not freeze Current Behavior On change state of component checkbox after assign the state of checkbox is freeze Possible Solution I don't idea because i try different solutions with events onChange to verify if the checkbox change, but not. Steps to Reproduce (for bugs) 1. Create in React at the component checkbox with default state "Checked" 2. On Assign, try toggle checkbox it is freeze. Context when assigning the value of the boxes and cannot be changed, the user cannot edit the options selected in the form.
