Add optional ability to add printers in the database.

Spoolman would then be the one that keeps track of spool assignment.

SW like Moonraker could still keep track of assignment like before, but could optionally instead assign itself to a specific printer ID, and then run filament tracking on the printer endpoint.

This would be a really useful feature, particularly if it were also able to track time for other per-printer consumables, e.g. time since bed was replaced.

What about per printer settings for filaments like different temperatures or so. When a clients requests a spool it could pass an identifier along and if there is a match optimized settings could be returned. at least for the basics data.
