Create function and API to integrate Rapid Pro and edit group of user

To mark the users whom we need to mark as churned we need an API that we can use to mark user as churned in Rapid Pro.

• Create logic to hit the API and update the user as churned in Rapid Pro

• The user group of all the users should be updated propery
