that's the question ... but what's better:

a) let user remove the race if it's not put at the end and removed without any replacement

or

b) let the user add the race via acp / lil' mysql-command if the race comes for sure

NV showed me that you can pull from my branch and then merge it into your master branch ... for details ask somebody with more git-skills :P

i think, its better if we move the race to the end with a new timestamp and new race id.
