TilesetTool is an editor for tileset files using lemm's V2 tileset patch for 
"Commander Keen in Invasion of the Vorticons". 

It also supports editing the palette effects enabled by my supplemental patch: 
https://github.com/DrKylstein/Commander-Keen-V2-Palettes

To build for your system:
	1. Make sure you have the Qt4 runtime and development libraries installed.
	2. open a command prompt in this directory and type (press enter after each 
		line):
		qmake-qt4
		make release
	3. The program should appear in the "bin" subdirectory.
