Fixed versionCode and versionName

My apologies for the last release, here is the 1.12 release with an updated versionCode and versionName. Thank you IzzySoft for pointing that out.

Android 10 support

Thank you to masslesssonny for pointing out a problem with the storage system access on newer phones.
It's just a quick fix using requestLegacyExternalStorage.
