DETAILS PREVIOUS TO .NET CORE UPDATE

1. You need Bin.PIGG (Client Version)
2. You need Access to Server BINs for the additional MessageStore Files
3. Fresh Startup will prompt for the locations of these files, and copy accordingly
4. You can skip Assets Extraction, but GEO Textures won’t be available for viewing if not
5. ***Note Not all Pigg Files are Extracted in Regards to Textures (YET)

5. I25 MultiRootBins, Not Working
