Some header-only utility files, no configuration required, ready to use.
In the main directory, most of the header files can be used under C89/C++98, but some features may require some platform support, which will be determined through macros.
The "hpp" directory includes some C++ header files to provide a simple wrapper for the header file in the main directory. These files won't deliberately reduce the demand for the standard C++ version.
