# - expects clang as default compiler

# Problems:
# - unit test compiled with gcc are getting stuck or throw a "stack-overflow"
# when running with sanitizer "ASAN_OPTIONS=detect_leaks=1",
# but binaries work correctly
# - (Jan 2022): running unit tests crashes with
# "AddressSanitizer: stack-overflow" for test_severe and sanitizer tests
# but no error with regular unit test:
# affected compilers:
# - all available gccs: i.e., gcc9, gcc10, gcc11
# - no problem with any clang

# - (Jan 2022): compiling any unit test fails with
# ```
# Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
# "std::runtime_error::what() const", referenced from:
# vtable for testing::internal::GoogleTestFailureException in libgtest.a(gtest-all.o)
# ...
# ```
# affected compilers: clang-13
