Reincorporate space parameter back into the transp_contribution_by_group function #197

This issue will re-incorporate the space parameters back into the resource partitioning code via transp_contribution_by_group.

As a result of re-incorporating space, the function needs to utilize total transpiration, rather than transpiration of individual plant functional types during resource partitioning.

Space, adjusts the balanace of resources that individual plant functional types can utilize and represents how quickly plant functional types can respond to and utilize available resources.

- also adjust key parameters for big sagebrush for testing purposes

I opened a new issue #204 to address an improvement we can make to the code now that we are using space.
Other than that, I do not see any issues with the new implementation. Good work!
