Update Windows

Perform Windows updates until there are no more updates to do.

Manage Disks

Go to Computer Management -> Disk Management and allocate unallocated disks.

Change the disk names.

Folders

Copy the needed folders. Change each default folder (documents, music, etc.) from the SSD to the HDD, unpin them and pin the needed ones.

Show file extensions.

Adobe Acrobat

Change the theme to dark mode: go to View -> Display Theme -> Dark Gray.

Collapse sidebars, hide toolbars.

Bitwarden

Change the theme to dark mode: go to File -> Settings -> Theme -> Dark.

Change the Clear clipboard to 10 seconds.

Log in to the Discord account.

Choose the input and output devices.

Disable Enable Desktop Notifications, Enable Unread Message Badge and Enable Taskbar Flashing.

Log in to Steam.

Drivers Installation

Update drivers on the Device Manager.

Open Geforce Experience, log in and install drivers.

Go to Settings and customize them:

• Change the overlay key binding to not overlap with other key bindings;
• Change the video temporary files to the HDD;
• Disable live broadcast;
• Disable highlights;
• Check separate both tracks on audio settings;
• Max out bitrate on video settings;
• Disable all notifications.

Open Nvidia Control Panel and change Power Management Mode to Prefer Maximum Performance, Vertical Sync to Off. In the PhysX settings, change the processor to the GPU.

Follow the steps in wslConfig.

Windows Terminal

Follow the steps in winTerminalConfig.

Customize Desktop

Install Wallpaper Engine and choose a wallpaper. Install TranslucentTB and make the taskbar transparent.
