- Greatly Improved Sync Instances

- Improved Update Suggestions:
- You can now check "Enable Pre-Release Updates" to always get notified for a pre-release update, even if you are on a main update.
- Avoided the GitHub API in some places, making it easier to avoid the 60 requests per hour limit.
- Official Scripts no longer requires GitHub API
- Julti update checking no longer requires GitHub API
- Checking what mods are legal no longer requires GitHub API (thanks justin)
- Launching instance(s) with MultiMC/Prism Launcher closed should be less likely to crash. (I changed the way Julti initially opens it)
- Various other tweaks/fixes
