First release

Hello everyone!
This is my first private project and first private release so be gentle!
I have a lot of ideas how to improve this project on both sides technical (code refactors, implementing new solutions) and business (e.g. adding date range to narrow results, adding en/pl support, building signed wordTermsChecker.exe with a proper certificate and bundled with JRE/JDK so non-technical users could use this project.

Anyway, I am open to suggestions and constructive criticism as I want to learn as much as I can during the development of this project.
