Version 0.2.15

This release is a relatively stable old version. The format was very different in later releases, but you can go back to here if you find any major problems in the newer versions.

There are definitely some bugs left-over that got fixed in the move to version 0.2.30, but they are mostly edge cases that only happen rarely. The main drawback to this version is the lack of support for the multitude of options that were added into later versions for local configuration files.
