Some of the default editor colour schemes are too subtle for my old eyes .. I cannot see the Scrollbar Thumb #1192

See attached: I struggle to even see that the Thumb is at the very left of the scrollbar.

I believe this isn't a colour scheme issue, but rather the "modern" look of CodeMirror and/or GoldenLayout. We should, however, look into the guilty library's settings to see if we can better the issue.
