Fix macro editor bugs

Several bugs are listed on the macro editor, they will be fixed here:

• Cannot record left control release event with macro recorder
• When editing long macros and changing something at the end of the macro, it always jumps back to the beginning of the macro after each step.
• When recording macros the delay is not recorded
