Added banner

Made a big banner to make it clear that I will no longer be updating my Neocities site

I don't _think_ I missed any pages, if I did then I guess I will update the site a second, third, etc time

<p>Well then, aren't you fancy? Looks like you just scanned one of our nice posters that you found. I, Cass Python, originally made these in early 2021 due to what I thought was a shocking amount of people who were unable to put on a facemask right.</p>
<p>I have zero tolerance when it comes to not putting on a mask correctly and I think that <em><i>everyone</i></em> who goes out in public, a hospital, or any other space where people can meet should put on a mask the right way. Putting on a mask is very <em><i>very</i></em> simple, it is meant to cover your mouth and nose. If you don't do this, then you are apart of the problem, sorry to say.</p>
<p>That's why I made these posters to spread awareness about the basics of how to live in a post-COVID world. This shit ain't hard.</p>

<p>Rather than relying on the end user's device to render their <em>own</em> emojis and have the risk of them not showing up the way that I would want them to, I instead opted to use emojis that I hand-picked myself. I don't want to write all that much on this page as <a href="https://github.com/DynTylluan/emojis">you can read about it on the git</a>, but most of the emojis on this site have been taken from <a href="https://mutant.tech">Mutant Standard</a>, an open-source emoji pack created and designed by <a href="https://noct.zone">Dzuk</a>, being released into the <a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0">Creative Commons</a>, with a number of edits made by myself.</p>

<p>I have also opted to use other emoji sets, such as <a href="https://twemoji.twitter.com">Twemoji</a> and <a href="https://github.com/DynTylluan/emojis">others that you should read about</a> in the credit section.</p>
