This PR updates the Operator SDK to the latest version. While working on a new feature, I noticed that there was a bug with caching on the controller-runtime's Client. Not aware of the cause, and haven't seen it affecting anything else, but still, after updating the dependencies, I wasn't able to reproduce it anymore.
