- Push to correct repository when creating CSV files.
- Fix transformation in release script.
- Update readme for consistency. Missed updating the uninstall command in my last change there. K8s object names can't have uppercase characters.
- Update DaemonSet if there are changes on volumes and volumeMounts.
- Return additional errors when trying to create the Dynatrace Client. The errors will show on the OneAgent Status section.
- Also drop support for Kubernetes 1.13.
