- Added to README, and Changelog.
- Remove some unused permissions and environment variables.
- Webhook PodSecurityPolicy is only added for Kubernetes manifests.
- The init container "succeeds" when there are errors downloading or unzipping the OneAgent package. The idea here is to avoid stopping the customer Pods from starting if there are issues.
- Some logging if we find conflicted or outdated hosts when preparing the hosts cache.
