unrar binary not extracting rar files in MailScanner

Need to figure out why 4.2.3 seems to work and 5.0.3 not rather use a newer version.

I'm going to guess that the parameters aren't the same on each.

I will do some digging. If this is the case we may want to put a wrapper around unrar for MailScanner.

Problem is output from unrar with the following command. MailScanner parses old format but not new format.

unrar v -p- test.rar

unrar v5 is also added to the efa repo as rpm package.

Issue should be fixed with the release of the next mailscanner version then (or shall we already backport?)

May be a while before next mailscanner release, we may want to do that
