Workflow is failing currently with error:

This issue is logged at caddyserver/dist#115.
I am creating this issue here for us track and follow up.

I've rebuilt the pipeline and it has succeeded. Was following the discussion and the Caddy team increased bandwidth temporarily to unblock people... they are looking for more permanent solution so keeping this open to see whats the end result...

Closing this as corresponding issue caddyserver/dist#115 has been closed as well with additional measure by Caddy community to stop this from happening again... we haven't had the problem with the build since this issue was raised.
