マスタデータ管理ではプラグインのdcm.ymlも含め、すべてのメタデータをロードするため,プラグイン側に問題がある際にシステムエラーが発生する。

プラグイン側での問題ではあるが、本体のメタデータのみロードするようにしたほうが安全と思われる。
