'no gateway info found in the list' error in EC server logs

EC Server agent running in subscription ddf79094-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx9cbfc1f giving the following error -

Identified glist is becoming empty for every few seconds.

The error no gateway info found in the list because of some untracked ‘ghost’ server agents. We have to stop this agent to make the subscription operational.
