Multiple download only downloads one file

🐛 Describe the Bug

When downloading multiple files, either through selecting a folder to download (A-D) or checking all file boxes (E-G), only one of the selected files is downloaded. After download has commenced, I am signed out of the portal and need to sign back in. It'll automatically bring me back to the same page. The file that was successfully downloaded is now de-selected.

Put steps to reproduce the behavior here, including URLs, such as

1. Go to: https://edrn-labcas.jpl.nasa.gov/labcas-ui/c/index.html?collection_id=Multiplex_IF_Staining_Pancreatic_Cancer
2. Click on red download button for 'CellData'
3. Observe that not all files are downloaded

❗️ Mention if the bug appears when you're logged in, all the time, etc.
Initially I started not logged in, but since it brought me to a log in screen I've since been logged in.

🔎 Expected Behavior

I expect all files that are selected or within a folder to be downloaded. I also expect to not log in every time.
