Please fix the select all checkbox in the LabCAS UI

🕵️‍♀️ Extra Details

This ticket was originally reported in EDRN-metadata but is actually a labcas-ui issue.

Hey Sean! What's the issue with the select all box? When I select it, it knows to just download the entire dataset!
