Metadata enhancements to edrn labcas

Heather: I think it would be great if you can include the following new NIST LabCAS features into EDRN LabCAS:

-Allow downloading of metadata via LabCAS UI
-Show Data Model/Extensions in LabCAS

@hoodriverheather we only implemented metadata download for virtual hierarchy (and also file level). Edrn starts off at raw hierarchy not virtual, do I need to implement the raw hierarchy version as well?

For displaying data model/extension at the collection level in nist, we show one per collection. Do you have the same excel sheet per collection that I can add like we have for nist?

We could meet to discuss the Radiology Image Extension, i need to clean that up. I want to develop a more standardized DICOM extension, maybe this will be a good push.
