ENCORE: ENhancing COmputational REproducibility is an initiative to improve reproducibility of computational projects. This repository complements the ENCORE GitHub repository See the ENCORE wiki and ENCORE AUTOMATION wiki for more information. The ENCORE_AUTOMATION repository contains Unix, Windows, and MacOS scripts to automate tasks with the context of ENCORE.
