Add "wait" option to "find" directive.

Bill, forgetting that I had push rights to the contact-congress repo, I just directly pushed a commit that updates the schema.md documentation file for the "wait" option on the find action. I did this primarily to address W000815 in contact-congress, but not sure that it's actually the solution. Nonetheless, it might be useful to have this option in the arsenal.
It may be useful to push this to staging and see if it helps W000815, before putting it into production.
